About Linda

Linda Strauss has a broad background in human resources and training, having worked in and managed HR functions across several industries. Her sweet spot is training design and delivery and she is a sought after consultant, trainer, and certified professional mediator. Originally from New York, she calls New Mexico home and has run a boutique HR and training consultancy since 2012. Some of her clients include Wells Fargo, Big Brothers Big Sisters, NM Secretary of State, Tempur-Pedic, United Way, and the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

When Linda is not geeking out on all things training and HR, she can be sighted performing concerts on her (sometimes electrified) cello, advancing gender equality and LGBTQ+ issues, and enjoying life with her husband and adult children.
