About Christopher

Christopher is an organizational development specialist with a diversified human service agency with over 1200 employees. Originally hired for his background in education, Christopher has supported behavioral health and disability service programs for several years in various leadership roles. Currently, he is the steward of the agency’s culture and co-created an award-winning cultural development program during a period of unprecedented growth. He chairs the Diversity and Equity Council for his agency and is active as a facilitator and manager of all agency learning and development programs. Christopher served in the US Army Reserves for 8 years, during which time he deployed to Iraq with the 310th Military Police Battalion. In addition to his primary responsibilities as MP, Christopher was part of a team selected to develop and implement training programs for Iraqi soldiers while in country.

Christopher has extensive experience teaching the concepts of Becoming a Totally Responsible Person, which curriculum is heavily embedded in his organization. Christopher has trained several hundred employees at his agency including all executive level staff. He is a parent of two awesome kids, a husband to an amazing spouse, a dog lover, and a member of Bills Maffia. Let’s Go Buffalo!
